Electrical
No experience required beyond a foundational interest in electrical work. We'll train you. Hours count toward your official apprenticeship program, and all training is paid for by Kidwell.
Hold your journeyman license and ready to take on serious work? Kidwell offers top-of-market pay, stable assignments, and a team that respects what you've earned.
Lead crews on large-scale commercial and industrial projects. If you've mastered the craft and you're ready to lead, Kidwell has opportunities that match your expertise.
Integrated Systems
No Experience required beyond a foundational interest in Low Voltage work. We'll provide all training you need to grow into a high-level installer.
Ready to lead installations and manage a skilled team on-site? Kidwell offers top-of-market pay, stable assignments, and the chance to work with cutting-edge systems from Avigilon, Verkada, and West Com.

We'll match you with an assignment that fits your skill level and location preferences. Most assignments are approximately 6 months in duration.

Work That Moves. Stability You Can Count On.
Kidwell positions are travel-based — our projects take us across the country to exciting, large-scale commercial and industrial sites. But "travel position" doesn't mean "uncertain." We make sure you know where you're going, for how long, and what to expect. This is not contract work, we hire for long term and will help you decide upon future travel locations
~6-Month Assignments
Most of our project assignments are approximately 6-12 months in duration — long enough to settle in, build relationships, and do great work without feeling like you're constantly moving.
Transparent Scheduling
You'll know where you're headed before you commit. We don't move people around randomly or on short notice. Your schedule and life are respected.
Travel Support
